Before buying a product, we recommend that you take a good look at the different sizes and specifications of the product. In addition, we try as much as possible to show the true colour of the products, however, the calibration of the screens can sometimes differ from one device to another. This is beyond our control.

Cancelling an order

It is possible to cancel an order before the shipping confirmation email is sent. In simple language, we can cancel the order if it has not been shipped.

Returns and refunds

If you wish to obtain a refund, it is possible to do so. However, you must return the product in good condition at your expense. Once we receive the product, we will evaluate its condition and we will be able to issue a refund.
